Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.

 

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We do not offer refunds. 

 

Digital Product Policies

Refund Policy: Hush By Tai does NOT issue refunds of any kind. Customers will only receive a partial refund if I am not able to create their vision.

 

Return Policy: Hush By Tai does NOT accept returns of any kind due to the nature of it being a digital product.

 

Turnaround Policy: There is a 7-10 Day turnaround. If the work will take longer, we will inform you of that and no refund or discount will be given.

 

Revision Policy: Upon completion of the website. Customers are entitled to 3 edits. After 3 edits, it will be a $25 charge.
